Tom Rowinski is the founding CEO of Echo and leads all business operations. Tom is a successful health care entrepreneur and expert in software design. After graduating Drexel university, Tom founded, led, and divested multiple healthcare-focused software companies. Most recently he led Ally, a home healthcare software company, to a successful exit in 2020. Today, his unwavering focus is on autism healthcare, where he dedicates his time to accelerating successful outcomes for families and children across the nation.
Matt Manders is a co-founder of Echo and Chief Revenue Officer. With over three decades experience, including various executive leadership positions as Cigna, Matt has become an indisputable expert in healthcare. His profound understanding of healthcare extends to the challenges that providers and health plans face with behavioral health, including autism therapy. Matt is dedicated to solving these complex challenges for health plans, and in doing so, accelerating successful outcomes for children nationwide.
Jason Rowinski, a co-founder of Echo, assumes the pivotal role of overseeing all aspects of technology and informatics within our organization. His journey began at Drexel University, where he earned his degree, and from there, he embarked on a path marked by the creation and successful divestment of multiple software products including a highly regarded home health SaaS.
Michele Slowik leads the Clinical Development division at Echo. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has a Master's Degree in Special Education. Michele brings a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience spanning more than 25 years in the field of autism therapy. Her life's work stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to not only enhancing, but also accelerating successful outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.
